• Leading end-to-end project delivery — scope, cost, schedule, quality and risk
• Managing proposals, bids, client presentations and contract execution strategy
• Building and directing project teams, ensuring alignment on priorities and deliverables
• Acting as the primary client interface—managing expectations, performance and communication
• Monitoring project progress, resolving challenges and initiating corrective actions
• Overseeing procurement, subcontracting, approvals and commercial governance
• Ensuring adherence to safety, compliance and quality standards
• Controlling reporting, billing, forecasting and financial performance
• Driving lessons learned, continuous improvement and close-out excellence

• ✔ Proven experience managing large-scale engineering, construction, energy or heavy industrial projects
• ✔ Strong leadership and stakeholder management across multiple disciplines
• ✔ Confident decision-maker with excellent organisational skills
• ✔ Ability to manage budget control, risk management and schedule performance
• ✔ Computer-literate and able to work within formal procedures and project systems
• ✔ Flexible mindset and willingness to work across various UK project locations
