- Maximise profitability, drive operational excellence and develop continuous improvement strategies for production
- Lead the application of our high quality, legal and safety standards across all production and operation areas
- Develop and lead a high performing team to ensure the highest standards are delivered and provide guidance and coaching for those responsible for the day-to-day production operations.

- Work collaboratively with support functions to ensure the effective running of the production areas
