We are looking for an Administration Officer, Procurement Officer or Pharmacy Support Officer to join our fantastic Procurement team.
This is a fast paced exciting environment that is essential to patient care.
The successful applicant will possess an NVQ Level 2 in pharmacy (or equivalent experience). You must have previous experience within administration in a healthcare setting, ideally within Pharmacy. Computer skills are essential.
- To support the efficient and effective running of the pharmacy procurement service
- Maintenance of computer systems and databases
- Raising medicine orders
- Processing of invoices
- Liaising with medicine and equipment suppliers regarding medicine and equipment orders
Due to investment and the development of new roles, there are several new opportunities available within our department. The Trust has successfully secured £312 million from HM Treasury to fully develop the facilities and services within The Shrewsbury and Telford Hospital NHS Trust (SaTH).
