Job summary
A healthcare provider in Birmingham is seeking a Control Room Operator to ensure the day-to-day operational functioning of their control room. The successful candidate will work shifts including nights and weekends, maintaining security and efficient communications. Responsibilities
- Work shifts throughout the 24‑hour period including nights, weekends and bank holidays.
- Maintain and implement security and safety systems, providing efficient and effective switchboard communications.
- Display professionalism and compassion as first point of contact for members of the public, visitors, service users and carers.
An exciting and rewarding opportunity has arisen to work at Reaside Clinic in the post of Control Room Operator. We are looking to appoint individuals to be part of the team providing the day-to‑day operational functioning of our control room. The successful candidate will be expected to work in a challenging and dynamic environment but will be supported throughout their career in the Trust, and will be provided with a comprehensive induction, and ongoing training.
