Fieldcare Supervisors with a passion for enhancing the quality of life of the people we support are at the heart of our community service teams. We’re currently searching for a fantastic Field Support Supervisors to join us in leading our supported living service(s) in North Powys. This service is a welcoming and friendly environment with a dynamic team that supports a fantastic group of people!

Our Fieldcare Supervisors will be responsible for managing a team of colleagues with the purpose of helping people to gain more independence in their daily lives. They may:

• Develop and implement person‑centred support plans
• Conduct care needs assessments
• Induct new colleagues
• Complete supervisions and appraisals
• Complete medication competencies and audits
• Attend multi‑disciplinary meetings
• Prepare reports and assist the Branch Manager in day‑to‑day service management
• Participate in the on‑call rota (subject to service needs)

• Have experience working with individuals with autism, acquired brain injury, complex mental health needs, traumatic backgrounds and challenging behaviours
