A leading legal recruitment agency is seeking an Interim Mid-Level Banking Lawyer for a 6-month hybrid contract in London, expected to start in January 2026. Our client, a global bank, is looking for an Interim Mid-Level Banking Lawyer to join their team for 6 months!
- Role: Legal Counsel (Contract)
- Duration: Approximately 6 Months (Anticipated January 2026 – June 2026)
- Location: London
- Work Pattern: Hybrid (50% office attendance expected)
- Compensation: Day rate basis
- Reviewing finance documentation (including security and collateral) to ensure compliance with new regulatory requirements.
- Gaining a deep understanding of Credit Risk Policy and Regulatory Handbooks and applying them to documentary reviews and complex business queries.
- Engaging directly with CIB business stakeholders to discuss legal conclusions and implement solution-driven approaches.
- Converting external counsel advice into practical, front-line tools and templates, helping to shape the future of legal advice delivery.
