Our client, a global bank, is looking for an Interim Mid-Level Banking Lawyer to join their team for 6 months!

Key Details :

• Role: Legal Counsel (Contract)
• Duration: Approximately 6 Months (Anticipated January 2026 – June 2026)
• Location: London
• Work Pattern: Hybrid (50% office attendance expected)
• Compensation: Day rate basis

Role responsibilities :

• Reviewing finance documentation (including security and collateral) to ensure compliance with new regulatory requirements.
• Gaining a deep understanding of Credit Risk Policy and Regulatory Handbooks and applying them to documentary reviews and complex business queries.
• Engaging directly with CIB business stakeholders to discuss legal conclusions and implement solution-driven approaches.
• Converting external counsel advice into practical, front-line tools and templates, helping to shape the future of legal advice delivery.
