We are seeking to appoint a suitably experienced and meticulous HR Manager to join the school to have oversight in providing a gold standard HR provision across the whole school. The HR department supervises people matters across the entire school, overseeing 190 staff members and ensuring top talent is recruited, developed, and retained. The department provides HR support to enable the school to deliver outstanding education and support for all members of the Ewell Castle community. Our school's values are central to our approach, with our HR strategy focused on development.
This is an exciting opportunity to develop HR systems within the School. The successful candidate will have proven school HR administration experience and demonstrate a commitment to excellence. Meticulous attention to detail and experience with technology to support HR functions are essential.
The role requires qualities such as integrity, confidentiality, excellent communication, and organization. Responsibilities include transactional HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, performance development, payroll, absence management, employee support, record keeping, updating the SCR, and employee relations.
