Our Lady of Sion School is a small, caring community where students and staff thrive. The Governing Board is now seeking to appoint a Bursar who will be a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, contributing to the strategic planning and delivery of the School. This is a wide-ranging role, assuming responsibility for ensuring the School’s financial health and sustainability, providing leadership to a diverse team of support staff and ensuring the delivery and efficiency of the day to day non-educational operations. The Bursar will report directly to the Head and attends all relevant Governing Meetings.

The successful candidate will have excellent financial experience and will have led and managed multi-functional operational teams. They will be commercially and financially astute and possess excellent communication skills along with a collaborative management style.

Screening interviews conducted by the ISBA recruitment team will be held for long-listed candidates and short-listed candidates will attend first stage interviews and, if invited, final stage interviews at Our Lady of Sion School.
