The purpose of this vital role is to organise, maintain and monitor the school’s personnel systems and manage office functions to ensure an effective service to the school. The School Business Manager is also responsible for line‑managing administrative staff and the site manager, ensuring resources are deployed effectively and efficiently to support the work of the school.

This role is classed as regulated activity. Applicants will be required to undergo safeguarding checks appropriate to the post, including checks with employers and the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS).
