Secondary School Teacher - General Education Full-time Immediate Start

• Deliver engaging and inclusive lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students, including those in SEND provisions.
• Adapt teaching methods and materials to support the individual learning needs of students, ensuring academic progress and personal development.
• Build strong relationships with pupils, creating a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters trust and engagement.
• Encourage resilience and a growth mindset by employing innovative and creative teaching practices that promote student success.
• Collaborate with teaching assistants, SEND specialists, and other staff to create personalised learning plans for students and ensure the best outcomes for all.
• Maintain high standards of classroom management, ensuring positive behaviour and implementing school policies effectively.
• Assess and monitor student progress through regular feedback and support, contributing to student achievement.
• Participate in school activities, meetings, and professional development opportunities to enhance your teaching practice.

• Qualifications: Must hold QTS status or relevant teaching qualifications.
