NJC/LGA Scale 4a, 28.75 hours per week, Term Time only
(work 39, paid 47.36 weeks per year)
Full Time Salary SCP 9-10 £27,254 - £27,694 per annum
Actual Salary SCP 9-10 £19,287.45 - £19,598.83 per annum

We are looking for a TA with an interest in working with students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities who is conscientious and empathetic. This role requires a positive and creative approach and an ability to support students with learning both in and out of the classroom. This post is to support students with either physical, medical or learning difficulties. We can consider flexible and part time working arrangements where appropriate.

Job Purpose

Working under instruction and guidance, provide support in addressing the needs of pupils who need particular help to overcome barriers to learning.

Promoting independence and supporting students in making progress in and out of the classroom.

Assist teachers in the management of pupils and the classroom.
