Role Overview
  • As a Cover Supervisor, you will supervise lessons across the curriculum in the absence of the class teacher.
  • Manage classroom behaviour and ensure students remain on task.
  • Deliver pre-prepared work and maintain a positive learning environment.
  • Provide feedback to teaching staff after lessons.

  • A university degree (particularly for those exploring a future in teaching).
  • Experience working with young people - in schools, tutoring, youth work, sports coaching, or similar.
