Contract: Fixed Term, until 20th July 2029, 39 weeks per year

Hours: 16.25 hours per week

Salary: Scale 3 Point 5- 6 £25583 - £25989 FTE (actual salary £9633 - £9785 per annum)

We are seeking a skilled Learning Support Assistant to support a pupil on a 1 to 1 basis but also working with small groups of pupils in the classroom setting. The post is for 5 days a week (16.25 hours) Monday to Friday: 12pm – 3.15pm. This post will be a fixed term contract ending on 20th July 2029. We are a good school seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and caring Learning Support Assistant with a "can-do" attitude who is committed to raising standards for those they work with. You will need to have an ability to work flexibly and with enthusiasm. You will work in partnership with class teachers and the SENCO, to support learning in line with the National Curriculum.

Responsibilities

  • Be flexible and enthusiastic in supporting pupils with varying needs.
  • Work in partnership with the class teacher to monitor and support pupil progress.
