A local primary school is seeking a 1:1 Learning Support Assistant to provide support for a pupil. The ideal candidate has experience in school settings and strong behavior management skills. This fixed-term position is for 16.25 hours per week, running until July 2029, with salary ranging from £9633 to £9785 per annum. We are seeking a skilled Learning Support Assistant to support a pupil on a 1 to 1 basis but also working with small groups of pupils in the classroom setting. The post is for 5 days a week (16.25 hours) Monday to Friday: 12pm – 3.15pm. This post will be a fixed term contract ending on 20th July 2029. We are a good school seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and caring Learning Support Assistant with a "can-do" attitude who is committed to raising standards for those they work with. You will need to have an ability to work flexibly and with enthusiasm. You will work in partnership with class teachers and the SENCO, to support learning in line with the National Curriculum.
