Responsibilities

• Perform administrative, operational, and sales support tasks. Enable sales team to spend more time selling to drive profitable business growth. The single point of contact (SPOC) between the sales staff, all internal resources, and partners.
• Sales order administration, including order entry, quotes, order status, availability.
• Assisting in logistics and operations coordination, including export & radiation safety compliance.
• Contracts administration; ensure timely shipments and installations.
• Advise the sales team including shipping status, literature requests, and service liaison.
• Continuously improve critical processes to help achieve high-performance sales goals.
• Develop, enhance, and implement efficient processes and procedures.
• Support RFPs, tenders, and proposals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field desired. Equivalent work experience may substitute in lieu of degree.
• Experience with sales, marketing, technical support, operations, or service teams; strong problem-solving skills.
• Results-oriented with a commitment to teamwork and customer satisfaction (customer-centric, delight the customer).
• Strong organizational, attention to detail, and follow-through skills.
• Ability to succeed in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
• High energy, self-motivated, takes initiative, follows through to completion.
• Ability to handle difficult situations with diplomacy.
