Job summary
A leading engineering and services company is seeking a Quantity Surveyor for a permanent full-time position in Bridgwater. You will provide commercial support on the Agratas project, focusing on maximising profitability. Responsibilities include managing subcontract accounts, preparing payment applications, and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations. - Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally within M&E capacity.
- A degree or HNC level qualification and/or significant experience.
- Experience of change and subcontract management.
Responsibilities
- Ensure safety message is visible across all project activities.
- Manage risks and opportunities, ensuring commercial mitigation.
- Prepare and submit payment applications with substantiation.
- Maintain all records to maximise contractual entitlements.
