Job description

We are looking for a professional and dedicated person to join our team in operating an outsourced service in the oil wholesaling industry, within Maxwells Chartered Accountants.

The role will involve:

  1. Reconciling and uploading daily product (fuel) drawdowns.
  2. Liaising with internal departments on a regular basis via Microsoft teams, email and telephone to agree stock allocations, values, and resolve queries.
  3. Manage obligations and weekly flattening.
  4. Perform inventory quantity reconciliation.
  5. After relevant training cover for holidays and sickness within the department both UK and Global.

The team member will have to use their initiative and be self-motivated to resolve all issues encountered, and to work well and be flexible within a small team.

Ideal team members will be proficient in Microsoft Office applications and be generally computer literate, with full training will be provided to the successful candidate.

The position is based in Bridgwater at Maxwells’ offices and the team member will work part time, between 25 and 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

The salary is from £25,000 (pro-rated) per annum dependent upon experience.
