Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally within M&E capacity.
• A degree or HNC level qualification and/or significant experience.
• Experience of change and subcontract management.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety message is visible across all project activities.
• Manage risks and opportunities, ensuring commercial mitigation.
• Prepare and submit payment applications with substantiation.
• Maintain all records to maximise contractual entitlements.
