• Maintain process documentation and user guides.
• Respond to day-to-day HR queries for the Operations team and assist in system administration tasks.

• Hands‑on configuration of multiple HR Workday modules.
• Experience streamlining HR processes and workflows.
• Understanding of Workday security and access roles.
• Ability to build and maintain basic reports and dashboards.
• Skills in requirements gathering and documenting user needs.
• Experience assisting with testing activities and logging issues, supporting resolution.
• Involvement and understanding of Workday’s bi‑annual release cycles and update testing.
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to support data audits and cleaning activities.
