A leading robotics company in the UK is seeking a Maintenance & Support Technician to ensure reliable production operations. The ideal candidate will have a Level 3 technical education and 2+ years of experience in industrial maintenance. You will execute preventive maintenance, provide technical support, and coordinate troubleshooting efforts. This position offers opportunities for growth and a collaborative working environment with structured onboarding and extensive healthcare benefits.
Hyperion Robotics is transforming the construction industry through robotic 3D printing and low-carbon, upcycled materials. Our technology enables more sustainable, automated production of concrete elements for infrastructure, industrial, and construction clients across Europe. Backed by leading European investors, we are scaling rapidly and launching new production sites as demand grows.
Joining Hyperion means working with cutting-edge automation in a hands-on, collaborative environment where technical skill, curiosity, and ownership are valued. You’ll be part of a small, capable team helping bring new factories and technologies to life.
As a Maintenance & Support Technician, you play a critical role in keeping production running safely and reliably. You support the Production team by maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving mechanical, electrical, and control-related systems. During early phases, you’ll also support installation and commissioning activities, working closely with Hyperion engineers both on-site and remotely.

You are a technically minded maintenance professional with experience in industrial environments. You enjoy problem‑solving, take pride in quality workmanship, and stay calm when diagnosing issues under pressure. You’re comfortable working independently, but you communicate clearly with operators, engineers, and managers.
You bring:
A level 3 technical education or equivalent in electrical, mechanical, or mechatronics engineering. For example: BTEC or NVQ Level 3.

Comfort working in a fast‑moving, start‑up environment
Experience with PLC setup, diagnostics, or basic programming is a strong plus.
Structured onboarding, including training at our HQ in Espoo, Finland, and gain exposure to advanced robotic production systems. Expenses will be reimbursed by the company.
Competitive pay rate
Extensive occupational healthcare
A supportive, low‑hierarchy culture with real ownership
Opportunities to grow your technical scope as our UK operations expand
