We are working in partnership with Pembrokeshire to recruit experienced and passionate Child Care Managers to join a committed and forward‑thinking management team. This is an exciting opportunity for leaders who are driven by quality, outcomes, and making a lasting difference for children and young people.

The Role: As part of the Child Care Management Team, you will play a key role in leading, supporting, and developing services that safeguard and promote the wellbeing of children and young people. You will provide strong, values‑led leadership, ensuring high standards of care, compliance, and practice across services.
