Advanced MRI Radiographer opportunity at University College London Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. This is a wonderful opportunity for an MRI radiographer with significant and varied experience to work in a cutting-edge clinical environment performing advanced MRI scanning.

We are looking to recruit a highly motivated, enthusiastic and skilled MRI radiographer with an extensive background in Neuro, MSK, Upper/Lower GI, Gynaecology, Prostate and Head/Neck MRI with Breast and Whole-Body MRI experience being desirable.
You will need to be team orientated with demonstrable teaching abilities as you will be working with under-graduates, trainee radiologists and trainee MRI radiographers.
The clinical range of patient presentations is wide and we would expect the successful applicant to communicate effectively, with a patient centred approach.
Participation in the MRI extended week rota and the on-call rota is essential as is a desire to develop your MRI skills and abilities.
The MRI Department currently consists of 2 Siemens 3T Vida's, 4 Siemens 1.5T Avanto's and 1 Philips Achieva 3T scanners.
You will be providing a high-quality diagnostic service whilst maintaining a safe working MRI environment.
You will assist in providing an efficient MRI service which will include the MRI scanning alongside its associated administration duties.
You will be responsible for organising the inpatient workflow and liaising with a multi-disciplinary team.
You will be involved in the protocolling of MRI requests.
You should have a flexible and pragmatic approach to your work, exceptional organisational skills that will enable you to manage a varied workload ensuring safe and clinical practices.
