A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Quality Assurance Engineering professional to join the Quality Assurance Equipment Engineering team supporting a variety of electronic equipment in development.
Job Title: Quality Assurance Engineer
Salary: Circa £40,000 - £50,000 depending on experience
Location: Stevenage (relocation package may be available)
Hybrid working: 3 days on-site per week
Security Clearance: British Citizen or Dual UK national with British citizenship. Candidates must undergo BPSS checks.

Join our QA team supporting electronic development, ensuring quality standards, managing non-conformance, and supporting product delivery to increase customer satisfaction.
- Review and maintain equipment quality plans
- Ensure compliance with procedures
- Manage product lifecycle reviews and non-conformance processes
- Identify and mitigate quality risks
- Participate in process improvements and audits
- Conduct micro training to improve quality awareness
- HNC/HND in Engineering or QA, or equivalent experience
- Proven QA experience, preferably in electronics
- Knowledge of QA problem-solving methods (8D, RCA, DMAIC)
- Understanding of product lifecycle in development
- Strong analytical skills, experience with Excel, SAP QM, and document management
- Continuous improvement mindset
