A private higher education provider in Leicester seeks a full-time Career and Employability Officer to enhance employability services and develop strategic initiatives. The role involves tailoring career programs to student needs, promoting available guidance, collaborating with various stakeholders, and leading projects that improve digital employability resources. This permanent position requires in-person presence and may involve evening and weekend work.

We are currently seeking to appoint a Career and Employability Officer on a Full-time, permanent basis.
Reports to: Head of Student Lifecycle
Responsible for: Increasing the visible presence of careers and employability and developing innovative approaches to enhancing the employability and careers aspirations of our student population.
Schedule: May include evenings and weekends
