Seasonal Chef

Contract - Seasonal

Pay – Will range between £14.00 - £16.00 p/h

We’re growing our team at Crealy and looking for a confident, friendly chef who’s excellent at running a kitchen and producing quality food. You’ll be joining a supportive team where menus are designed in‑house, and your role will be very hands‑on, leading a small team of 2–4 in delivering consistent, high‑standard dishes. There will also be opportunities for a permanent position for the right fit.

What you’ll be doing
  • Cooking our home‑cooked pub menu in the Clubhouse and preparing fresh dishes for our theme park outlets.
  • Leading a kitchen team of 2–3.
  • Daily prep and training staff on new dishes.
  • Ensuring consistent quality, correct portion sizes, and smooth service.
  • Checking freshness, rotating stock properly, and keeping waste low.
  • Managing stock levels, placing orders within company guidelines, and supporting stock takes.
  • Maintaining a clean, safe kitchen and setting the standard in how you work.
  • Following food safety and hygiene practices and ensuring the team does too.
  • Bringing forward ideas to improve dishes, processes, and guest experience.
  • Taking on additional tasks when needed.

We also support a range of events throughout the year, bringing plenty of variety.

The Details
  • Pay: Up to £12.30 per hour (based on age)
  • Hours: The working hours are between 8:00am – 10:30pm which include weekends, school holidays, and Bank Holidays. Shifts will be rostered in advance.
