A social housing organization in the United Kingdom is seeking an Asset Data Manager to oversee the collection and management of asset data across its portfolio. The successful candidate will develop robust data management systems, produce reports for investment planning, and ensure regulatory compliance. Ideal applicants will have proven experience in asset data management, particularly within social housing, and proficiency in tools like Power BI and SQL. This role is key in supporting decision making and enhancing services for customers.

The overall purpose of this role is to oversee the collection, management, analysis and reporting of accurate and up‑to‑date asset data across our social housing portfolio in order to support strategic decision making, compliance with regulatory requirements, and the delivery of high‑quality asset management services. The role is part of the Data Team and requires regular communication with Key Stakeholders from our Asset Management Team.
DBS clearance will be required for this role.
