Quality Inspector à Grande-Bretagne

A leading international restaurant group is looking to hire a new Process Improvement/Data Analytics Manager for Data Strategy on a part-time basis. The role will be for 3/4 days per week with 2 required onsite.

This person will play a key role in reporting around employee relations and case management data in order to better inform the People Team.

• Managing data collection and reporting for sensitive employee investigations to be disseminated to internal and external stakeholders.
• Identifying trends and flagging these to leadership for follow-up.
• Collaborating with the People Team to update our case management system to better capture investigation data.
• Ensuring integrity of data that is collected by different staff members and teams.
• Finding creative solutions to handle situations where data exists in multiple environments. Presenting your findings to leadership on a monthly basis.

• Experience using Power Business Insights and a high level of Excel knowledge, including pivot tables and Power Query.
• Strong data management and reporting skills for sensitive information.
• Ability to work part-time (3/4 days per week) with approximately 1 onsite day in North London.
