Responsibilities include monitoring policies, managing incident reports, and conducting office drills. Suitable candidates will have good administration experience. Responsibilities

• Providing general assistance and support for the Health and Safety Manager.
• Monitoring and updating corporate Health and Safety policies and accreditations.
• Logging any Health and Safety incident reports that occur and managing incident book.
• Reviewing and coordinating Health and Safety and training registers and updating when needed.
• Scheduling and managing training course enrolments and informing staff members.
• Conducting periodic office fire drills and organising fire alarm maintenance.
