A contracting company based in Manchester seeks a Lead Infrastructure Engineer to manage projects across Real Estate and Energies. Key responsibilities include day-to-day project management, leading design for various clients, and producing essential planning documents like flood risk assessments. Candidates must have the right to work in the UK and be prepared to meet diverse project demands in a fast-paced environment.
Responsabilidades
- Provide day-to-day project management for multiple schemes across a range of clients.
- Check drawing packages to ensure they meet design standards and QA policies.
- Develop drainage, levels strategies, and earthwork appraisals.
- Produce planning documents such as flood risk assessments and drainage technical notes.
On behalf of a contracting company, I am looking for a Lead Infrastructure Engineer. It is a staff position based in Manchester supporting a range of projects across Real Estate and Energies.
- Provide day-to-day project management (or lead principal for larger developments as applicable) and lead design of multiple schemes across a range of clients.
- Check drawing packages and calculations and ensure they meet required design standards and company QA policies.
- Develop concept and detailed drainage, levels strategies, and earthwork appraisals.
- Produce planning documents such as flood risk assessments, drainage technical notes and utilities statements.
