Responsibilities

• Ensure product traceability is maintained.
• Effectively use labelling machines, metal detectors, and vision systems.
• Ensure correct batch codes and stock routines are followed.
• Conduct and record MAP and CCP checks.
• Visually appraise product and report non-conformances.
• Supervise packing processes to meet production deadlines.
• Audit dispatch paperwork for compliance.
• Train new starters and guide staff.
