Qualifications

Job Title: Sales Progressor

Location: Bracknell

Salary: OTE: of up to £35,000.00 per annum

Hours: Monday to Friday from 9am - 6pm (Please note, that hybrid working arrangements will be available).

Job Summary and Key Responsibilities:

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-driven Sales Progressor to manage property transactions from offer agreed through to completion. You’ll play a key role in keeping all parties informed, maintaining momentum, and ensuring a smooth and efficient sales process while delivering excellent customer service.

Duties will include:
  • Manage a pipeline of residential sales from offer agreed to completion
  • Liaise regularly with buyers, sellers, solicitors, lenders, surveyors and internal teams
  • Proactively chase progress and resolve issues to prevent delays
  • Ensure all documentation is issued accurately and in a timely manner
  • Keep clients fully updated through clear, consistent communication
  • Maintain accurate records and notes on internal systems
  • Escalate risks or delays to management where necessary
  • Support exchange and completion targets with strong organisation and follow-up
Skills required:
  • Previous experience in sales progression, conveyancing or estate agency (preferred)
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence dealing with multiple stakeholders
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously
  • Calm under pressure with a problem-solving mindset
