Job description

As a Community Investment Administrator, you will play an essential support role to help us achieve this. You will provide friendly and pro‑active administrative and clerical support in your department. Using your strong administrative and organisation skills, you will make sure an efficient and accurate service is provided.

Responsibilities
  • Be pro‑active in taking responsibility for day‑to‑day administration, secretarial and housekeeping duties as and when required ensuring there is a welcoming, effective and professional experience for all stakeholders.
  • Be the first point of contact in dealing with department queries through email, phone and mail.
  • Draft and format letters, reports, presentations and other paperwork making sure it is accurate, representable and in line with Clanmil’s brand guidelines and the Housing for All brand identity guidelines.
  • Managing diaries and coordinating this with others when required.
Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum 5 GCSEs at Grade C or above and/or equivalent, to include English & Maths or 5 years administration experience in a busy office environment.
  • A good understanding of Microsoft Office packages including Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
  • Experience of dealing with a large volume and variety of tasks and prioritising workloads.
  • Must hold a valid driving licence & have access to a car for business purposes for use in the fulfilment of the role.
  • Must be flexible in terms of working hours as business needs may dictate from time to time the ability to work outside of normal working hours with some occasional evening and weekend work necessary.
  • Previous experience of working in administration within a property/housing environment.
