A leading not-for-profit organization in Glasgow is seeking Grounds Maintenance Charge Hands to lead teams in delivering maintenance services. Responsibilities include supervising maintenance work, ensuring equipment safety, and addressing customer needs effectively. Successful candidates will hold qualifications in Horticulture and possess experience in supervising. This role offers a salary ranging from £26,863 to £28,276 per year, along with numerous employee benefits such as 25 days annual leave and a pension scheme.

40 hours per week
We have an opportunity for 3 Grounds Maintenance Charge Hands to join our team of 13 Landscapers, delivering grounds maintenance across Sanctuary sites throughout Southwest Scotland. You will be leading teams carrying out Grounds Maintenance work, including grass cutting, blowing, strimming, hedge cutting, de‑weeding and more.
