We are seeking an experienced Senior Asset Manager to take ownership of a prestigious residential development, home to high-net-worth individuals. The day-to-day operations are handled by an external management company.
- Oversee all aspects of residential property management, ensuring regulatory compliance, operational transparency, and exceptional service delivery.
- Manage complex stakeholder relationships
- Drive accountability and performance across all layers of property management, including managing agents and former property managers.
- Provide strategic input on litigation matters, tribunal decisions, and operational restructuring.
- Identify and implement revenue-enhancing opportunities while preserving the asset's prestige and integrity.
- Demonstrated success in managing high-end residential assets.
- Deep understanding of service charge structures and relevant legal frameworks.
- Experience handling First Tier Tribunal cases and residential property litigation.
- Skilled in navigating complex stakeholder environments and leading change initiatives.
