Responsibilities
  • Oversee the Repairs work stream and maintenance works across a range of properties, ensuring work is completed on time and to standard.
  • Lead a team of operatives, managing schedules, resource allocation, and health and safety compliance.
  • Liaise with tenants, addressing complaints and ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Work closely with subcontractors and senior management to meet and exceed contract requirements.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Repairs or Trades/Maintenance Supervisor, within social housing.
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety standards and compliance.
  • Proven ability to manage and motivate teams.
  • Trade background with relevant qualifications
