Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor - Social Housing (HP Postcodes)

Location: Hemel Hempstead, Aylesbury, St Albans & Surrounding Areas (HP Postcodes)

Contract Type: Long-term Contract

Responsibilities

• Carry out asbestos surveys on social housing residential properties within HP postcodes, in line with P402 requirements.
• Join a dynamic team and contribute to ongoing projects focused on social housing properties.

Compensation & Work Location

• Excellent Earning Potential: This is a price-per-survey role with a clear rate card, offering the potential to earn between £200 - £300 per day, with some surveyors earning up to £375 on a good day.
• Stability & Longevity: This is a long-term contract with work secured well into 2026, providing great stability for the right candidate.
• Local Work: All work is based in and around Hemel Hempstead, Aylesbury, and St Albans.
