The Land and Property department manages 300 residential homes, commercial tenants, 16 tenanted farms, and their associated buildings, including the Grade I listed Holkham Hall and other historically significant buildings.
The Building Surveyor will oversee various building projects from inception to completion, ensuring maintenance within budget while respecting heritage value. As a Chartered Surveyor, you should have a passion for heritage buildings, combined with a pragmatic and commercial approach.
