Finance Manager (Capex), Group Finance - 12 Month Fixed Term Contract

Due to the company's rapid expansion, we are looking to further grow our Acquisition Finance Team to create a dedicated CAPEX investment team to evaluate, challenge and monitor investment projects across the group to improve the governance and maximise our return on investment.
Reporting into the Group Head of Commercial Finance and part of the wider Commercial Finance team you will work closely with our CEO's and CFO's, Operational teams, Finance Business Partners, and our surgeries right across the Group's geographical footprint.
The role will be fundamental to defining and working with the business to offer new CAPEX insights and taking a leading role in shaping CAPEX spend and controls across the Group. With an annual CAPEX spend of c.£150m (c.4% of revenue) we need to be able to demonstrate the value generated from this spend.
This role is being offered on a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract basis.
