A leading construction firm in Kent is seeking a Project Manager to oversee high-end residential projects. The role demands strong management skills and experience working with recognized developers. The ideal candidate will adapt to challenges and drive teams to success while ensuring projects are completed on time. Salary: £75,000 - £85,000 plus bonus/ benefits

High end Residential Developer with developments in Kent, London and Essex.
Predominantly constructing Apartments, Town-Houses and creating large high specification communities.
Some high rise, some multi-unit.
Complicated sites, split into phases.
This Developer urgently seeks a Project Manager/ Senior Site manager who has a proven track record in management and has worked with known/ recognised Developers. It is possible to also have main contracting experience but you must have worked with a Developer.
The kind of individual my client seeks is a motivated, committed person who can adapt to change and successfully drive a team through to completing phases on time.
