Qualifications

• Minimum 12-18 months post-graduation experience, up to 3/4 years preferred.
• Experience in a consultancy background and private residential market is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support establishment of project brief and execution plan.
• Selection and appointment of consultants/contractors.
• Design and programme management including risk management strategies.
• Regular progress reporting and completion audit.
