A growing, dynamic Main Contractor based in Hertfordshire are looking for a Project Manager to join them on a permanent basis, initially working on a project in Chelmsford, Essex.

Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 + package
Location: Chelmsford, Essex
Region: Essex

The business have been operating for a number of years and specialise in Industrial Warehouses, Retail, Commercial and Mixed Use Schemes.

They have a £2.5m new build, steel frame industrial project starting very soon and are looking for a Project Manager to oversee the project from start to finish.

They are looking for a strong Project Manager with experience working on new build steel frame, industrial / warehouse projects for a reputable Main Contractor.

Experience:

• Project Manager working for a reputable Main Contractor
• Track record working on new build industrial / warehouse projects
• Steel frame experience
• SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid
• Able to commute to Chelmsford, Essex
