Are you a dynamic and experienced project leader ready to make an impact in a role where every project you lead brings beloved brands and immersive experiences to life?
You will lead cross‑functional teams, mentor project members and drive excellence in every project breakthrough. Balancing agile and waterfall methodologies, you’ll adapt your approach to optimize efficiency and maintain project momentum.
This role sits in London, UK and we offer a hybrid working week arrangement called Best of Both, requiring a minimum of 3 days per week in the office and 2 days work‑from‑home.

In this role you’ll be a key driver of success within the LEGO Brand Parks & Experiences Team, leading complex high‑impact projects from conception to delivery. This position requires a highly skilled professional adept at managing multifaceted projects across Experience Design, Retail Brand, Marketing and Digital. Working closely with partners across the LEGO Brand Parks & Experiences team, the broader LEGO Group and Merlin Entertainments, you’ll report directly to the Head of Business Transformation.
