Join our Development Team in Brighton as a Project and Delivery Manager, leading projects across our product ranges, managing complex building and access development projects with multidisciplinary teams, including technology studies, new product development, and regulatory maintenance.

• Lead and mentor Assistant Project Managers
• Collaborate on resource planning and project delivery
• Support product managers with planning and roadmap development
• Coordinate new product development activities
• Monitor project schedules, risks, and develop mitigation plans
• Manage resources and third-party suppliers
• Prepare work breakdown structures and performance metrics
• Report progress and escalate issues as needed
• Manage budgets and project costs

• Extensive project management experience, especially in software projects and new product introductions
• Strategic thinking and collaboration skills with senior management
