Sulzer is a global leader in rotating equipment services and were investing heavily in our Turbo Services divisiona strategic growth area focused on steam turbines and compressors. As part of this expansion weve created a brand-new Project Manager role to take full ownership of complex high-value projects across the UK.

This is more than project delivery. Youll be at the heart of our transformation helping to establish a Turbo Centre of Excellence at our flagship Birmingham facility home to one of the UKs most advanced high-speed balancing machines. From sales handover through service repair and overhaul youll manage every stage : deploying field teams coordinating workshops driving supply chain and ensuring on-time delivery.

Your Impact
  • Take full ownership of assigned projects ensuring deliverables are met on time within budget and exceed customer expectations.
  • Manage all aspects of execution : hardware documentation financials dispute resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide line management for Technical Field Authorities fostering performance and development.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and suppliers to reduce risk and identify growth opportunities.
What You’ll Bring
  • Engineering qualification or equivalent experience (steam turbine experience preferred).
  • Experienced in leading field-based teams delivering service maintenance overhaul and repair activities
  • Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (SAP or similar).
  • Ability to work independently with excellent organisational skills.
Role Location

This role is primarily remote but regular travel is requiredto customer and supplier sites as well as our UK workshops mainly in Birmingham Leeds and Aberdeen. Youll have full autonomy to manage your own diary and schedule
