A commercial insurance brokerage is seeking a Head of Broking to drive strategic leadership in commercial insurance based in London. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years experience in the field, showcasing proven leadership and strong negotiation skills. This role involves defining and executing the broking strategy, managing a high-performing team, and ensuring compliance with FCA standards. The company is known for its integrity, innovation, and rapid growth, offering a competitive salary of up to £120k negotiable based on experience.

- Proven leadership in a broking or placement role.

- Strong commercial insight and negotiation skills.
- CII qualifications (DipCII or ACII) preferred.
- A strategic, solutions-driven mindset with excellent communication and project management skills.
