Job Summary

We aim to deliver high quality care with compassion to support patients during their Outpatients experience. We are seeking an enthusiastic & highly motivated person to join our friendly Team as a Healthcare Support Work working 37.5 hours per week. You will need to be able to work hours flexibly to meet needs of the service. You will need to adapt to the many varying clinics within the department. You will need to enjoy working within an evolving service. There will be an expectation that the ideal candidate will be prepared to support learners within the department.

Main Duties

Working clinically you will support the team to provide safe and quality care to patients in your care, and to support the outpatients department as needed. Please see attached Job Description for full details.

About Us

You will work as part of the developing and dynamic team of nurses and the wider MDT, to improve the patient experience and progress the care of a wide range of medical patients. You will be supported with training both formally and informally. The Trust provides a full HCSW induction and ongoing support. You have access to an employee assistance programme plus occupational health if needed as well as wellbeing events free of charge.
