Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all Production, Engineering, Maintenance, Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality (SHEQ) functions at the Enniskillen site.
- Contribute to achieving the company's strategic and operational targets, ensuring reliable and consistent operations through developing people, plant, and processes.
- Champion the site as a positive contributor to the local economy and community.
- Ensure compliance with SHEQ standards.
- Manage Production, Process, Technology, and Continuous Improvement initiatives.
- Lead New Projects and Capital Developments.
- Oversee Financial Control.
- Provide Leadership, Training, and Development.
- Develop the company's Brand and Reputation with Suppliers.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Minimum 3 years' experience leading Operations teams in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record in heavy industry operations and manufacturing.
