Job description

VANRATH is assisting a global leader in Manufacturing & Logistics with the recruitment of a General Manager. This is a fantastic company to work for.

Location: Office based in Enniskillen - Monday to Friday

Salary: Fully Negotiable, with Growth Opportunities and additional benefits from a reputable company

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee all Production, Engineering, Maintenance, Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality (SHEQ) functions at the Enniskillen site.
  2. Contribute to achieving the company's strategic and operational targets, ensuring reliable and consistent operations through developing people, plant, and processes.
  3. Champion the site as a positive contributor to the local economy and community.
  4. Ensure compliance with SHEQ standards.
  5. Manage Production, Process, Technology, and Continuous Improvement initiatives.
  6. Lead New Projects and Capital Developments.
  7. Oversee Financial Control.
  8. Provide Leadership, Training, and Development.
  9. Develop the company's Brand and Reputation with Suppliers.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience leading Operations teams in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven track record in heavy industry operations and manufacturing.
  • Strong leadership and brand management skills.
