Production Operator à Grande-Bretagne

Poolhall Recruitment is an employment business that provides Textile Personnel around the UK. Due to continued success and growth, our client is looking for a Production Manager close to Royal Tunbridge Wells.

Successful candidates will be offered full-time shifts on a permanent basis.

Starting Salary: From £40,000 per annum

Contract Period: Permanent

Holidays: 21 Rising to 25 days plus Bank Holidays after qualifying period.

Products: Bespoke Furniture and upholstery, refurbishment and re-upholstery.

1. Understanding of managing a production team which includes the Joinery, Upholstery, and Finishing departments.
2. Be knowledgeable in the world of upholstery.
3. Hands-on approach is a must.
4. Must be a time-served Upholsterer.
5. Be able to create templates.
6. Ensure all departmental ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 documentation and employment-related documentation is completed on time.
7. Ability to read and interpret upholstery patterns and blueprints.
8. Proficiency with cutting tools and equipment such as scissors and shears.
9. Knowledge of different types of fabric and materials used in upholstery.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Starting from £40,000 per year
