As the Production Manager, you will be responsible for guiding the production team through the entire production process of our Jet Suit systems - from precision assembly and testing to quality control and continuous improvement. You will play a key role in combining custom-designed components and advanced manufacturing techniques with your engineering expertise to deliver reliable, high-performance flight systems. Working closely with our engineering, events, and training teams, you'll ensure every Jet Suit meets the highest standards of innovation, safety, and craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the production engineering team to ensure timely delivery of Jet Suit components and systems.
• Develop and manage production forecasts and timelines.
• Collaborate with design and development teams to provide production insights and optimise production operations.
• Monitor production timelines and resource allocation to align with project goals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any production-related issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in production engineering or project management, preferably in a high-tech or aerospace environment.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials, and quality assurance protocols.
• Familiarity with CAD software and other engineering tools.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly.
