Automotive Manufacturing Production Technician (Nights)

Location: Coventry

Salary: £29,000 - £34,000

Hours: Sun 20:50-06:00 | Mon-Thurs 22:30-06:00

The Role
  • Lead and support a small production team to deliver top-quality results on time.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring processes run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Solve technical challenges and support the team in troubleshooting issues.
  • Train and mentor operators to help them reach their full potential.
  • Ensure all safety, quality, and maintenance standards are met.
  • Work closely with support functions to keep operations running at peak performance.
  • Foster a positive, motivated, and engaged work environment.
