Job description

We are looking for a Machine Operator for our Client in Horncastle on a temporary to permanent basis. Great company to work for, with genuine long term opportunities.

You must have attention to detail, be able to work well in a fast‑paced environment and have interest in machine operating as you will be responsible for stocking the machine properly with two different types of product and keep an eye on it as a missed step can cause a delay in production and you will then have to fix the order. You also need a high attention to detail as you have to check the product each time you stock it up to the machine as sometimes if not correctly placed the machine will jam. You also need to be quite physically fit as this job involves you working on your feet all day as well as a bit of lifting.

Other responsibilities

• Working to strict health & safety company guidelines.
• Keeping the work space tidy.
• General warehouse/production duties.
• Assisting other departments when needed.
• Wrapping and preparing goods for deliveries.
• Machine maintenance.

Training is provided however you will need to be able to show capability, attention to detail, focus and commitment to do the job in order to be successful.

Working hours and Pay

£12.21ph during probationary period - pay review after

Tuesday to Friday 6:00am - 4:30pm - 3 day weekend!
